Self-Care Is Anything But Selfish

As Summer comes to a close I want you to reflect on these past few months and think what delicious things did you do for yourself?

This post is about realizing that taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for the people in your life that you love, including yourself.

When we are our best selves we are happier. When we are happier we are more open to taking care and loving others around us. Its a win/win situation.

So if you are scratching your head trying to think of the delicious things you did for yourself this Summer make a plan for the Fall. Incorporate the things you love to do weekly into your life. Perhaps a massage, more meditation time, a new yoga class, a cooking class, working on a Capsule Closet, the sky is the limit here. Allow yourself to feel joy so you can spread the joy.
